Glasgow Botanic Gardens
KIBBLE PALACE
Between 2004-2006 C&W Summers had the unique pleasure of restoring the Kibble Palace in the Glasgow Botanic Gardens.
The Kibble Palace has been in opened in Glasgow Botanic Gardens since 1873, each pane of glass you see on the magnificent structure was cut and installed by C&W Summers.
Over 13,200 panes were supplied and fitted by C&W Summers including 1500 curved panes, manufactured by our team.

GLASGOW SCHOOL OF ART
When C&W Summers was asked to contribute to the renovations of such an iconic piece of Glasgow's History we were thrilled.
The north elevation, as seen on the photographs, was 3mm restauro mouth blown glass; 928 panes of glass were supplied and fitted by ourselves.
While working on the north elevation of the Glasgow School of Art we also completed renovations on the conservatory. Using 2.75 schott restover laminated glass we installed 305 panes.
All glass used on this project was imported direct from Germany.

MODERN FLATS
C&W Summers had the unique pleasure of taking another piece of the Scottish Skyline with this project.
From design to implementation we cut, bent and installed a new, yet traditional, glass skylight structure.
